Ms. Clinkscale has a Master of Science in Management (MSM). She is the owner and executive director of Scales Publishing. Previously, she served eight years as the Chief Operation Officer for a security firm. She is a mother of six children. She has voluntarily served as the board secretary for the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid Client Advisory Board; board secretary of Daily Manna Serving Center; board secretary of The Father’s Heart Ministry. The was a Girl Scout Mentor for over five years and is an ordained minister. She has background in teaching, mentoring, and youth development. She has also served as PTA President, Youth Development Leader, SAC Chair, and Chapter President of Exhale Women. Ms. Clinkscale prides herself in helping others and she believes this is her true passion and calling.
